AD/CV News: Biodiesel, Glass Containers, Paper, Silicon Metal, Steel Cylinders

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Biodiesel 每 final determination of insufficient changed circumstances to warrant revisions to the AD/CV duty order on biodiesel from Argentina
Glass containers 每 final affirmative CV duty determination on glass containers from China, with net subsidy rates of 25.46 to 320.53 percent
Paper 每 rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on lightweight thermal paper from China for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Silicon metal 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on silicon metal from Russia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel cylinders 每 preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on non-refillable steel cylinders from China
Hangers 每 in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China for the period Oct. 1, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019 (1) determination that two companies are not eligible for a separate rate and are therefore part of the China-wide entity, which is currently subject to a rate of 187.25 percent, and (2) rescission of review with respect to eight companies
Hot-rolled steel 每 dumping margins of zero and 2.73 percent in amed final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Turkey for the period July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015, and exclusion of subject goods produced and exported by one company from scope of the order
Mattresses 每 preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam and CV injury determination on mattresses from China
Pipe 每 rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Tires 每 institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD injury investigations of passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam and CV injury investigation of such tires from
