The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Brightening agents 每 dumping margin of 4.61 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
Chlorinated isocyanurates 每 continuation of CV duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China, effective May 7
Cut-to-length plate 每 dumping margins of 2.26 to 2.49 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019
Oil country tubular goods 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on OCTG from Ukraine would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at a margin of 7.47 percent for all exporters and producers
Pipe 每 dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Romania for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Lawn groomers 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tow-behind lawn groomers and parts thereof from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 386.28 percent

Solar products 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 165.04 percent for China and 27.55 percent for Taiwan
Welded pipe 每 (1) revocation of AD and CV duty orders on large-diameter welded pipe from India with respect to pipe products with specific combinations of grades, diameters, and wall thicknesses and (2) notice of intent to revoke AD duty order on such pipe from Greece with respect to certain pipe products
Barium carbonate 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on barium carbonate from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of 34.44 and 81.30 percent

Ferrovanadium 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on ferrovanadium from China and South Africa would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 66.71 percent for China and 116.00 percent for South Africa
Solar products 每 sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 27.65, 33.50, and 33.58 percent
Sugar 每 continuation of suspension of AD and CV duty investigations
Ceramic tile 每 final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on ceramic tile from China and negative critical circumstances determination
Citric acid 每 initiation of sunset reviews of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada and AD/CV duty orders of such goods from China
Quartz products 每 final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on quartz surface products from India and Turkey, with (1) dumping margins of 2.67 to 5.15 percent for India and zero to 5.17 percent for Turkey, (2) net subsidy rates of 1.57 to 2.34 percent for India and 2.43 percent for Turkey, (3) final affirmative determinations of critical circumstances in CV investigations with respect to all companies in India other than two respondents and all companies in Turkey other than one respondent, and (4) final negative critical circumstances determinations in AD investigations
