The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Alcohol 每 continuation of AD duty order on tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol from China, effective Nov. 9
MSG 每 (1) continuation of AD duty orders on monosodium glutamate from China and Indonesia, effective Nov. 9, and (2) dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on MSG from Indonesia for the period Nov. 1, 2017, through Oct. 31, 2018
PC strand 每 continuation of AD duty orders on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Japan, Korea, Mexico, and Thailand and CV duty order on PC strand from India, effective Nov. 9
PET film 每 dumping margin of 70.75 percent for one manufacturer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD
duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from the United Arab Emirates for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019
Rebar 每 rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
