One judge received death threats for rulings counteringTrumps aga, predicts somebody is going to die A group of anonymous federal judges iscriticizing the Supreme Court for overturning lower court rulings and sidingwith President Donald Trumps administration with little to noexplanation, NBC News reported Thursday. NBC spoke with 12 federal judges, appointed byDemocratic and Republican presidents including Trump, who pointed to a tr oflower court decisions being overturned by emergency rulings fromthe high court. These cases often see prominent members of Trumpsadministration lashing out at lower court judges before their cases areoverturned. Ten of the 12 judges argued the Supreme Courtshould offer more explanation when overturning such decisions, saying emergencyrulings in such cases imply poor work on the part of lower court judges. "It is inexcusable," one judge saidof the Supreme Court. "They don? have our backs." FEDERAL COURT STRIKES DOWNTRUMP TARIFFS AS ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL LAW IN APPEALS RULING That judge also said they have received deaththreats for issuing rulings that counter Trumps aga. Trump himself and someof his top officials have spoken out against judges issuing unfavorablerulings. When Judge James Boasberg soughtto block the administrations deportation flights to El Salvador, Trump arguedhe should be "IMPEACHED" on social media. When various judges issued rulings blockingTrumps tariff aga in March, White House deputy chief of staff StephenMiller argued it was a "judicial coup." TRUMPS TARIFF POWER GRABBARRELS TOWARD SUPREME COURT The judge who described the Supreme Courtsactions as inexcusable predicted that "somebody is going to die" ifcriticism from top Trump officials continues, according to NBC. Another judge said lower courts are being"thrown under the bus." "It? almost like the Supreme Court issaying it is a ?udicial coup,? a third judge told the outlet. A fourth judge, however, appointed by PresidentBarack Obama, conceded that several judges had been out of line with theirrulings against Trump. "The whole ?rump derangement syndrome?isa real issue. As a result, judges are mad at what Trump is doing or the mannerhe is going about things; they are sometimes forgetting to stay in theirlane," that judge said. "Certainly, there is a strong sense in thejudiciary among the judges ruling on these cases that the court is leaving themout to dry," the judge continued. "They are partially right to feelthe way they feel." The Supreme Courts public information officedid not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
