The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Pipe 每 rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe (under 4.5§) from Romania for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates Steel fittings 每 final affirmative AD injury determinations on forged steel fittings from India and Korea and CV injury determination on such goods from India Tin mill products 每 rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on tin mill products from Japan for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates Tubular goods 每 self-initiation of inquiry to determine whether imports of welded oil country tubular goods completed in Brunei and the Philippines using inputs manufactured in China are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on OCTG from China Uncoated paper 每 affirmative preliminary determination that uncoated paper in roll form from China is being converted into paper sheets in the U.S., thereby circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on uncoated paper in sheet form from China, and instruction to CBP to collect AD and/or CV cash deposits on such goods at the applicable rates, which currently range up to 149 percent for AD and 176.75 percent fo
