The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Cold-rolled steel 每 rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil for the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods a the applicable cash deposit rates
Electrical steel 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on non-oriented electrical steel from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan, and the CV duty orders on such goods from China and Taiwan, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Flanges 每 net subsidy rates of 5.42 to 5.61 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
Twist ties 每 preliminary affirmative dumping determination on twist ties from China and new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 62.42 percent
Wire mesh 每 scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of standard steel wire mesh from Mexico, with hearing scheduled for Feb. 21, pre-hearing briefs due by Feb. 5, post-hearing briefs due by Feb. 19, and final comments due by March
