The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Ceramic tile 每 affirmative final AD and CV duty determinations on ceramic tile from China, with AD cash deposit rates of 203.71 to 330.69 percent and a CV cash deposit rate of 358.81 percent Mattresses 每 institution of AD injury investigations of mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam and CV injury investigation of mattresses from China (comments due by April 17) Polyester fiber 每 net subsidy rate of 4.26 percent for one company in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on fine denier polyester staple fiber from India for the period Nov. 6, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018 Pipes and tubes 每 (1) dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2018, through Feb. 28, 2019, and (2) net subsidy rate of 0.37 percent (de minimis) in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such pipes and tubes from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018 Steel wire rod 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 110.25 perc
