The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Barium carbonate 每 continuation of AD duty order on barium carbonate from China, effective Aug. 20
Ferrovanadium 每 continuation of AD duty orders on ferrovanadium from China and South Africa, effective Aug. 20
Fluid blocks 每 scheduling of final phase of AD/CV injury investigations of fluid blocks from China, Germany, India, and Italy, with hearing scheduled for Dec. 1, pre-hearing briefs due by Nov. 17, post-hearing briefs due by Dec. 10, and final comments due by Dec. 30
Steel wire rod 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, and Trinidad & Tobago and CV duty order on such goods from Brazil would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
