The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Isocyanurates ¨C dumping margin of 69.88 percent for one exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period June 1, 2018, through May 31, 2019 Lawn mowers ¨C preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China and new cash deposit requirement at rates of 14.68 to 22.74 percent Rubber ¨C dumping margin of 44.3 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019 Steel cylinders ¨C preliminary affirmative dumping determination on non-refillable steel cylinders from China, with dumping margins of 57.83 to 114.58 percent, and new cash deposit requirement at rates of 56.28 to 104.04 percent (adjusted for subsidy offsets) Tubing ¨C rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, with respect to one company and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on all entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Alcohol ¨C sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time Matchbooks ¨C sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on commodity matchbooks from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time PC strand ¨C sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Japan, Korea, Mexico, and Thailand, and CV duty order on such goods from India, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time Solar cells ¨C net subsidy rates of 2.93 to 5.02 percent in amed final results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015 Woven sacks ¨C net subsidy rate of 398.62 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on laminated woven sacks from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018 Practi
