The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Corrosion-resistant steel 每 (1) dumping margins of zero and 1.51 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.51 to 6.87 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on CORE steel products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
Electrical steel 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on non-oriented electrical steel from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Frozen fish 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
PC strand 每 preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, South Africa, Spain, Tunisia, and Ukraine, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 2.96 to 72.28 percent for Indonesia, 3.67 to 19.26 percent for Italy, 3.7 to 18.93 percent for Malaysia, 59.27 percent for South Africa, 14.75 percent for Spain, 32.72 percent for Tunisia, and 19.32 percent for Ukraine
Sawblades 每 preliminary determination that (1) Protech Diamond Tools Inc. is able to identify and effectively segregate diamond sawblades it produces in Canada using non-Chinese cores and Chinese segments, which would not be subject to the AD duty order on diamond sawblades from China, and (2) diamond sawblades produced in Canada by Protech using Chinese cores and Chinese segments and exported by its affiliate Gogo International Inc. to the U.S. are subject to this or
