The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mattresses 每 initiation of new shipper review of AD duty order on mattresses from China
Methionine 每 institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD injury investigations of methionine from France, Japan, and Spain, with written submission due by Aug. 24
Oil country tubular goods 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on OCTG from India, Korea, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam and CV duty orders on OCTG from India and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Pipe fittings 每 rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Malaysia for the period Feb. 1, 2019, through Jan. 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on all such entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Steel wire rod 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, and Trinidad & Tobago, and the CV duty order on such goods from Brazil, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Container chassis 每 institution and scheduling of AD and CV duty investigations of chassis and subassemblies thereof, designed primarily for use in the carriage of containers or other payloads, from China, with written comments due by Aug. 25
Lawn groomers 每 continuation of AD duty order on tow-behind lawn groomers and certain parts thereof from China, effective Aug. 3
Lockers 每 initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of metal lockers and parts thereof from China, with preliminary determinations due by Oct. 2 (CV) and Dec. 16 (AD)
Pipe 每 initiation of AD duty investigations of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard line, and pressure pipe from the Czech Republic, Russia, South Korea, and Ukraine and CV duty investigations of such pipe from Russia and Korea
Wind towers 每 final affirmative AD injury determinations on utility-scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, Korea, and Vietnam; final affirmative CV injury determination on such towers from Canada, Indonesia, and Vietnam; and final negative critical circumstances determinations on such goods from Indonesia, Korea, and
