The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum sheet 每 (1) preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain (net subsidy rate of 9.49 percent), Brazil (0.76 and 1.32 percent), India (4.55 to 34.84 percent), and Turkey (0.07 and 3.15 percent); (2) new requirement for CV duty cash deposits at the specified rates (except where de minimis); (3) preliminary negative critical circumstances determination with respect to India; and (4) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination with respect to Turkey Barium carbonate 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on barium carbonate from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time Citric acid 每 (1) dumping margins of zero to 54.11 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand for the period Jan. 8, 2018, through June 30, 2019, and (2) sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 156.87 percent Ferrovanadium 每 sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on ferrovanadium from China and South Africa would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time Oil country tubular goods 每 continuation of AD duty orders on OCTG from India, Korea, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam and CV duty orders on OCTG from India and Turkey, effective Aug.
