CBP Says Enhanced ACE Portal Account Application Now Available ?Ensure CBP Form 5106 Information Is Up to Date

CBP has simplified the process to obtain an ACE account for the importers. Link below Link to ACE Portal Sign up
Having our own ACE account will allow us to check liquidations, see refunds and monitor filed entries
It is strongly suggested that every importers sign up
It will also be used (in the future) for electronic refunds as CBP will phase out paper checks
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said Oct. 30, that it has automated the process for applying for a new ACE Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) top account with the Importer sub-account view, and if needed, trade parties with an existing CBP Form 5106 (5106 record) on file with CBP and without existing ACE Portal account access should now use the new automated application to apply for ACE Portal access with the Importer sub-account view.
